Warranty & Returns Plain-English Summary

This summary explains RANGETCH’s Warranty & Returns Policy in clear, plain language. It is provided for convenience only. The full Warranty & Returns Policy is the controlling legal document.
 

• RANGETECH products are NOT designed to be shot. Damage caused by gunfire, ricochets, or projectiles is not covered.
 

• Most RANGETECH products used for personal or recreational purposes are covered by a 5‑year limited warranty.

• Products used in commercial, professional, institutional, or shooting‑range environments are covered by a 2‑year limited warranty.
 

• Some products (such as the Aluminum Solar Light) have a product‑specific warranty that is different from the standard warranty. When a product‑specific warranty applies, it controls for that product.
 

• Aluminum Solar Light products are covered for 1 year. Batteries, remote controls, and individual replacement parts are only guaranteed to arrive non‑defective (DOA).
 

• Please inspect your product within 14 days of delivery for visible defects and notify RANGETECH promptly. Hidden defects are still covered during the applicable warranty period.
 

• If a product is determined to be defective, RANGETECH will repair or replace it at its discretion. Replacement products carry the remaining balance of the original warranty.
 

• Returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA#). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Non‑defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
 

• RANGETECH limits its liability to the purchase price of the product and does not cover indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent allowed by Texas law.
 

• For retail (non‑commercial) customers only: disputes must be resolved by individual binding arbitration in Texas, and class actions are not permitted.
 

• Wholesale, commercial, government, and institutional buyers are not subject to arbitration and resolve disputes in Texas courts.
 

• Texas law governs all warranty and return matters.
